Parking
The estate has been surveyed with many areas highlighted as having concerns over parking. In particular, as detailed in the resident feedback questionnaire, the congestion in humber road is a big concern. However, road safety officers have actually suggested that whilst frustrating for parking, the problem actually acts as a calming measure - greatly reducing the speed of cars travelling the estate circuit.
Other areas within the side roads however are more of an issue and Greenfields are actively reviewing the use of Garage areas and lobbying to convert green areas into parking bays. Any developments in this area will be updated here.
