Estate Inspections
Inspections take place on a regular basis. Below are details of key points raised on each date so you can see if your local problem area is being attended to!
Further to an estate inspection on 16th July, the following areas have all been passed onto the Contracting team and will be dealt with in the coming months.
The walkthrough area from Tamar Avenue through to the Douglas grove Surgery has been targeted for a major clean up and cut back.
All bad patches of grass across the estate are to be re-seeded in Spring 2010.
Hedge area adjacent to 172 Humber Road which runs through the estate towards Medway Avenue needs more attention to strimming near where the grass is cut.
The beds to the sides of 18 and 25 Cam Way are weedy and the latter has excessive Bramble.
The shrub beds near to Helford Court are weedy.
Weeds on the path to front of 120 - 130 Humber Rd need removing.
The beds to the top end of the estate from 99 - 163 are in need of attention.
The bed to the side of 125 - 135 Humber Rd has a lot of weed and Bramble growing from it which overhangs the footpath.
All beds in Bure Drive are scruffy.
The bed to the side of 99 Humber Rd is scruffy.
The beds to the side of 86 humber Rd are weedy
The last Greenfields estate inspection for Humber Road took place on Wednesday 7th October. Details of that inspection are shown in the grid below:
