Our Activity

The feedback we received via the resident questionnaire proved to be very useful.  A number of key issues were identified and as a group we have formulated plans to address them.

Not surprisingly parking rated as an important issue to address as well as other obvious matters such as speeding cars, litter and general appearance of the estate.

To help tackle these concerns we drafted an action plan with some key activities and target completion dates a summary of which can be found by looking through the sub menu to the left.

Unfortunately, not all matters can be dealt with quickly.  Parking for example isn't as straight forward as we thought, you can't just pave over some turf to creat additional spaces!  Committees need to be approached and residents balloted - not to mention the need to finance any developments.  This all takes time but hopefully this information will give you peace of mind knowing that matters are in hand and hopefully on their way to being resolved.
